Who may use Orph

You must be at least 18 years old to use Orph. You are responsible for providing accurate account and logging information and for keeping access to your phone number, Apple account, and device secure.

What Orph does

Orph helps you record and review workouts, meals, supplements, goals, and related progress. You may log by text and review records in the app. Features may change as we improve the service.

Text messages

By tapping “Meet your Orph” during setup, you agree that Orph may send automated service messages to the number you verified, including verification codes, logging confirmations, clarification questions, and account or subscription notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages, START to resume, or HELP for help. Stopping messages disables logging by text, but you can still access your existing records and account controls in the app.

AI processing

By tapping “Meet your Orph,” you also allow Orph to share the fitness and nutrition text you send, plus the account context needed to answer it, with OpenAI for AI processing and to send food queries to FatSecret for matching. Orph does not use this permission for marketing. You can withdraw it in Settings; new requests that require AI processing will stop, while your existing tracker remains available.

Subscriptions and Apple billing

Paid features are offered through Apple in-app purchases. Price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless you cancel them through Apple’s subscription settings before the applicable renewal date. Deleting an Orph account does not cancel Apple billing.

The App Store standard license agreement applies unless Apple shows a different applicable license: Apple Standard EULA.

Health and nutrition disclaimer

Orph’s workout, nutrition, calorie, macro, supplement, and insight outputs are estimates and personal tracking support only. They are not medical, nutrition, fitness, or other professional advice. Do not use Orph for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, or decisions that should be made with a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Orph, access another person’s data, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, or use Orph in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Account deletion

You can initiate account deletion in the app. Orph provides a seven-day recovery window before permanent deletion from its primary application database. Please export any records you want to keep before deleting your account. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Orph develops. The date above will show when they were most recently revised.
