Messaging controls
Reply HELP for support information, STOP to stop automated Orph messages, or START to resume them. You can pause or edit adaptive check-ins separately in Messages.
Account and billing requests
You can request account deletion in Orph or type DELETE to confirm in Messages. Deleting your Orph account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage Apple billing separately.
